The social media personality shared her experience in a video posted on her TikTok page, where she revealed that she had returned to help her mother at her shop in Ijebu Ode.
Mandy said she was not bothered by people who chose to mock her over her return, acknowledging that some of her past decisions were mistakes.
“I later came back to my mummy’s shop, later came back to Ijebu Ode. I am not saying you shouldn’t mock me, you are free to mock me. It is my fault but learn from my own mistake,” she said.
She also advised her followers not to allow other people’s opinions to determine how they live their lives.
According to Mandy, people should prioritise their happiness and make decisions based on what brings them fulfilment.
“It is your life so do you. Don’t live on other people’s opinion, your happiness should come first in whatever you are doing,” she said.
The former socialite further encouraged her followers to do what makes them happy and live their lives on their own terms.
Mandy added that she had been accepted back into her family, attributing the development to the way she takes care of them.
“Do whatever makes you happy and live your life. I am accepted back at home now because of how well I take care of them,” she added
